I saw these valances in the JCPenney catalog so I decided to make them myself. I got the material for $2.00 a yard. The panels are a strip and match perfect. Under the strip panels my mom helped me make roman shades. Everthings coordinates perfectly. I have very little money in these curtains and they match my decor just right...
